A kind of high-efficiency milling shoe research

  • 摘要: 在总结常规铣鞋使用经验的基础上,从本体材料和切削齿材料的选择、布齿方式、铣鞋尺寸、排屑槽的尺寸和数量等方面入手对常规铣鞋做了全面的优化,设计出了一种高效铣鞋。龙岗001-3井的现场使用情况表明,优化后的铣鞋套铣速度、进尺、安全性均有大幅度的提高,实现了高效套铣。

     

    Abstract: on the basis of summarizing the experience of using conventional milling shoes, comprehensive optimization of traditional milling shoe has been made with respect to material choosing of matrix and cutter teeth, teeth distribution, size of milling shoes and scraps groove and number etc. and a kind of high-efficiency milling shoes was designed. The field application in Well Longgang 001-3 shows that the drilling speed、drilling depth and safety of optimized milling shoes have been greatly enhanced, which realize high-efficiency milling.
