扭力冲击器在鸭深1井志留系地层的试验应用

Experiment of torkbuster on Well YS1 in Silurian Formation

  • 摘要: 玉门鸭儿峡油田志留系地层埋藏深,岩性致密坚硬、研磨性强、可钻性差(7级以上),PDC及牙轮钻头磨损严重,寿命短,平均钻速低。扭力冲击器配合个性化PDC钻头可以保持钻进过程中钻柱稳定,扭矩平稳,可有效克服钻头的“黏滑”现象,减少反冲扭力,强化钻压,提高钻速。扭力冲击器在鸭深1井志留系地层应用355.05 m,平均钻速1.7 m/h,相比邻井提高110%。该项技术的成功应用为玉门深井段钻井提速找到新的途径。

     

    Abstract: Due to the great buring depth and hard Silurian formation with the strong abrasiveness and poor drillability in Yar Canyon Oilfield in Yumen, the PDC or roller bits are vulnerable to wear, resulting in short service time and low perforation rate. By utilizing the Torkbuster together with personalized PDC bit, the stability of both the drill string and torque can be remained, so the bit slippery is overcome effectively and the recoil torsion is lessened, resulting in intensifying WOB and improving ROP. The technoique is applied in drilling Silurian formation of well YS No.1 for 355.05 m, with the average ROP up to 1.70 m/h, 110% higher than that of adjacent wells. It is a new way of speed-up drilling in deep well in Yumen area.
