风城SAGD水平井均匀配汽工艺研究与应用

Research and application of uniform steam injection in SAGD horizontal wells of Feng city oilfield

  • 摘要: 双水平井SAGD水平段长度通常比常规热采井水平段更长,SAGD生产过程注采水平井间易出现水平井段局部汽窜、动用不均匀情况,影响了SAGD井组开发效果并增大了调控难度。为了提高水平井段动用均匀程度,建立了水平井等质量出流理论模型并设计了均匀配汽管柱。该工艺在风城SAGD先导试验现场应用取得了显著效果,对SAGD推广应用具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: Generally speaking, the horizontal section length of Dual horizontal SAGD wells is longer than that of conventional thermal recovery wells. During the production process of SAGD section, it is prone to steam channeling between production horizontal wells and injection horizontal wells and reserves non-uniform used in the horizontal section, which affect the development performance of SAGD well groups and increase the controlling difficulty. In order to improve the uniformity of producing degree in horizontal section, a uniform steam injection theoretical model was established and corresponding pipes were design in this paper. Trial test in the Feng City SAGD has obtained remarkable results, which is useful to future SAGD expand application.
