  • 摘要: 冀中兴9区块属于砾岩体地层,砾岩密度大,携带困难;砾岩体孔、洞、缝连通性好,易漏失,个别断块存在高压水层,给钻井施工带来了很大的难度。对该区块的地质特征进行了认真分析研究,结合小井眼钻井特点,制定出涌漏预防、卡钻预防、钻具管理、提速措施和技术套管防护等技术对策,有效保障了该区块小井眼钻井安全,加快了勘探开发进度。

     

    Abstract: Abstract:Xing-9 Block in central area of Hebei has conglomerate formation with high density, difficult to carry cuttings, good connection of holes, cavities and fissures in the formation,easy to loss of circulation,high pressure water existed in some fault-blocks,which created many difficulties in drilling operation. After the analysis and research on the geologic features of the block in detail, combined with the drilling characteristics of slim hole, the precautionary measures have been made strictly to prevent kicks, lost circulation, pipe stuck, including also the measures of tools management, increase of penetration rate, protection of technical casing etc, which laid a solid foundation for drilling slim hole safely in this area, promoted exploration and development, also can be taken as a reference for drilling slim hole in other areas.
