Research and application of chemical control technology for high temperature well corrosion in Fault-block Jin45

  • 摘要: 针对晋45断块高温油井腐蚀严重影响油田正常生产问题,在明确油井腐蚀原因基础上,通过正交实验有针对性地研制出了以咪唑啉衍生物、有机胺等组分为主,辅以耐高温氟碳咪唑啉组分的YHZ系列缓蚀剂,其缓蚀性能良好,平均缓蚀率达90%,解决了高温油藏(大于100 ℃)油井井筒腐蚀问题,经现场应用取得了较好效果。

     

    Abstract: Regarding the problem of high temperature well corrosion serious influencing the normal production in oilfields, figuring out the reason to well corrosion, an YHZ series corrosion inhibitor was developed through orthogonal experiment. The formula is mainly the imidazoline derivatives and organic amine group, supplemented by high temperature resistant fluorocarbon imidazoline group. This agent shows good corrosion inhibition performance with average corrosion inhibition rate of 90 percent, which solve the problem of well corrosion in reservoirs with high temperature (higher than 100 degree). Field application has achieved obvious effect and has shown a longer maintenance period of pumping wells.
