Cementing difficulties and countermeasures of deep buried gas storage in Suqiao area

  • 摘要: 华北油田苏桥储气库埋藏深,地层温度高,钻完井难度极大。针对苏桥储气库固井难点,提出了优化井身结构和技术套管下入深度、优化堵漏方式、优化固井工艺、采用旋流扶正器和旋流发生器、使用前导低密度低黏切抗钙污染泥浆等技术对策。目前部分研究成果已在苏4K-3X井中应用,取得了初步效果,对下一步苏桥储气库井固井施工具有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: The Suqiao gas storage of Huabei field is buried deep with high formation temperature, so the drilling and completion are difficult. According to the cementing difficulty of Suqiao gas storage, the technical countermeasures are proposed, such as optimizing wellbore scheme and technical casing depth, optimizing well plugging method, optimizing cementing technique, taking cyclone centralizer and cyclone generator, and taking the leading low density and low viscosity slurry with calcium resistance. So far, a part of the studied techniques have been applied in Well Su 4K-3X, and initial effect has been obtained. The study is directional to the following cementing process of Suqiao gas storage.
