Oil(gas)-testing matching technology for high containing sour gas well

  • 摘要: 古潜山灰岩油气藏大多高含硫化氢及二氧化碳等酸性气体,难以保证试油测试工作的安全、环保、施工质量。为此,从工艺管柱、油管材质、配套设备、压井液及地面测试流程等方面入手,进行了一体化试油(气)技术研究,实现了用一趟管柱完成射孔、求自然产能、酸压改造和封层等多个工序,且满足了长时间试采要求。现场应用表明,该技术安全可靠,降低了劳动强度和作业风险,对在同类储层开展试油(气)测试工作具有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Buried Hill limestone oil and gas reservoirs are mostly storage sour gases such as hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide, which brought a lot of challenges to the safety operation of oil-testing,environmental protection and quality. For these problems, the process scheme, tubing material, supporting tools, kill fluid performance and ground testing process were studied, introduced a set of oil(gas)-testing technology for adaptatiing to the high content of sour gases limestone reservoir. The technology with a trip column completed processes of perforating, seeking natural capacity, acid fracturing and sealing layer, and meeted the requirements of a long trial exploitation. Field application shows the technology safe and reliable, reducing labor intensity and operational risk. The technology is a good reference for oil(gas)-testing of buried Hill limestone oil and gas reservoirs.
