超缓凝水泥浆体系研究与应用  

Study and application of ultra-retarding cement slurry system

  • 摘要: 针对常规水泥浆稠化时间、流变性、沉降稳定性无法满足膨胀管固井工艺复杂和施工时间长的问题,采用一种新型缓凝剂(CH88),优选出了配套的降失水剂(WJ60S)和减阻剂(CUSZ),设计出了超缓凝水泥浆体系,并对其性能进行了评价。结果表明,在长时间静止情况下,该体系能够保持良好的沉降稳定性,稠化时间达到10 h以上,直角稠化特性明显。现场应用结果表明,该体系浆体性能稳定,施工安全,能够满足膨胀管固井施工要求。

     

    Abstract: The properties of the conventional cement slurry such as thickening time, rheology and stability cannot meet the requirement of complex technology of expansion pipe cementing and long construction time. A new type of ultra-retarding cement slurry system has been developed to solve this problem, which contains a new type retarder CH88, matched optimal filtrate reducer WJ60S and drag reducer CUSZ. And then its comprehensive properties were studied. The results show that the ultra-retarding cement slurry system can maintain perfect settlement stability in a long time under static condition, with more than 10 hours thickening time, and performs obviously thickening characteristics of right-angle. Field application results represent that the ultra-retarding slurry system was featured by stable performance, safety and convenience used in field, which can satisfy the expansion pipe cementing operation requirements.
