控制压力钻井用节流阀的研制  

Development of the choke used in MPD

  • 摘要: 随着控制压力钻井技术不断推广,对控制压力钻井用节流阀的性能要求越来越高。文中分析了控制压力钻井用节流阀的国内外研究现状,指出了常规节流阀应用于控制压力钻井存在的问题,提出了一种新型的控制压力钻井用节流阀,并对新型节流阀进行了流体特性分析,得到了新型节流阀的流场分布和流量系数曲线。通过对比分析,指出了节流阀的发展方向以及新型控制压力钻井用节流阀的广阔应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Abstract:Managed Pressure Drilling(MPD) technology puts forward higher requirements on choke performance with the extensive application of MPD .The paper analyzed the research status of the choke used in MPD, and pointed out the problem of conventional choke applied on MPD. It proposed a new type of choke for MPD, analyzed the fluid properties for the new choke. and achieved the flow field and flow rate coefficient. Through comparative analysis, it also pointed out the developing direction of the choke and the broad application prospects of the new choke.
