Development of extendable thermal recovery casing head

  • 摘要: 热采套管头是稠油热采的地面设备之一,它安装在表层套管之上,RTGT13-3/8×7-35套管头是根据油田用户需要设计生产的产品,主要用来固定钻进井的井口,连接井下套管柱,可靠地密封和控制管间的环形空间,是油田采油(气)套管头的重要部件。它与普通热采套管头相比,在选材和结构上都有改进,完全能够满足亚临界注汽的工艺要求。

     

    Abstract: During the development of oilfield, through specialized in thermal recovery well high temperature steam is injected into the reservoir, so that the heavy oil can be mined, thereby improving the recovery efficiency of oil reservoir. Thermal recovery casing head is one of the ground equipments for heavy oil thermal recovery, which is installed in the casing above the surface. RTGT13-3/8 ×7-35 casing head is the product designed and produced based on the need from oilfield user, mainly used for fixing wellhead of drilling wells connecting downhole casings, and reliably sealing and controlling the annular space, so it is an important part of the casing head. Compared to ordinary thermal recovery casing heads, it is improved both in material selection and structure, and can fully meet the requirement of subcritical steam injection techniques.
