高抗硫保压井下取样器的研制及在P202-1井中的应用

Development and application of high sulfate resistant and pressure keeping samplers on Well P202-1

  • 摘要: 针对国内目前井下取样器不抗硫化氢、所取样品不保压等问题,研制出国产化新型高抗硫保压井下取样器,该种取样器选材选用钛合金和全氟醚胶圈,解决了抗硫化氢腐蚀问题;采用氮气室背压保压技术,确保在取样、转样、运输过程中的样品压力始终大于取样点压力,实现了全程保压,保证所取样品相态不发生变化。在普光气田P202-1井成功取得2支可代表地层真实流体特性的井下PVT气体样品。

     

    Abstract: According to issues that current downhole samplers are not resistant to hydrogen sulfide and can not keep pressure, the new high sulfur resistant and pressure keeping sampler was developed. It has two main characteristics: the selection of titanium alloy and desflurane apron solves the problem of resistance to hydrogen sulfide corrosion; nitrogen chamber holding pressure technique is taken to ensure the sample pressure is always greater than the pressure of the sampling point, during sampling, transferring, and transporting processes, in other word, to ensure full holding pressure and no phase change. Two downhole PVT gas samples were successfully obtained from Well P202-1 in Puguang gas field, which can represent the true formation fluid properties.
