套管开窗侧钻斜向器中途坐封卡钻事故处理技术

Treatment technique for sticking of sidetracking whipstock during setting

  • 摘要: 在小套管开窗侧钻下卡瓦锚定式斜向器过程中,有时会发生斜向器中途坐封卡钻事故,导致无法在预定位置开窗侧钻。由于斜向器本身结构、形状及材质比较特殊,一旦中途坐封遇卡,处理难度大,成功率低。为此,从现场操作、工具质量和井筒质量3个方面对事故原因进行了分析,指出了处理该类事故的技术难点,总结了针对不同坐封情况分别采取活解、换套、提高开窗位置以及先磨后套分步处理等技术措施,在实例应用中取得了良好效果,为处理类似事故提供了借鉴。

     

    Abstract: During tripping slip type whipstock in sidetracking process, whipstock set sticking occurs sometimes, leading to being unable to sidetrack designed positions. Because the whipstock is special in structure, shape, and material, once being stuck, it is very difficult to handle, with low success ratio. The accident reasons are analyzed from the aspects of field operation, tool quality, and wellbore quality, and the technical difficulty for treating the accident is pointed out. It is summarized that according to different setting situation, some treatment could be selected from, such as casing changing, window cutting position elevating, etc., which are applied in real cases with good effect, supplying reference to similar accident treatment.
