苏里格气田机械封隔器连续分层压裂技术

Continuously separate layer fracturing technology by using mechanical packer in Sulige gas field

  • 摘要: 针对苏里格气田含气层系多、单层产量低的特点,进行了气井机械封隔器连续分层压裂技术研究,研发并优化了气井机械封隔器连续分层压裂管柱,研制了大通径K344封隔器、水力锚及耐磨的3.175 mm小级差滑套芯子等配套工具,可达到一趟管柱连续分层改造8层。80多口井的现场应用表明,该技术具有施工可靠、操作简单、成本低等优点。

     

    Abstract: Sulige gas field has the typical characteristic of multi-thin pay-zones and low production for single zone. The continuously separate layer fracturing with gas well mechanical packer technology was studied and the fracturing-string and supporting tools were developed and optimized in this paper, including big drift diameter K344 packer, hydraulic anchor and 3.175 mm range sliding sleeve core. The new technology can separately fracture 8 layers in one trip, which has been successfully used in more than 80 wells. Field application shows that the technology has the advantages of reliable operation, simple construction, and low cost.
