低压低渗枯竭型砂岩储气库钻井工程方案设计  

Drilling engineering design of low pressure low permeability depleted sandstone gas storage

  • 摘要: 由于枯竭型储气库的产层压力低、运行周期长、注采气量大的特点,给钻井和固井质量提出了更高的要求。针对文23的地质特征和储气库设计要求,考虑储层保护、固井质量及盐层井段,提出三开次井身结构设计,生产套管设计金属气密封、P110钢级177.8 mm套管;技术套管段设计双密度水泥浆体系一次固井,生产套管段设计采用非渗透防窜增韧水泥浆体系,采用尾管悬挂+套管回接方式固井;三开设计使用低密度微泡钻井液体系,配合凝胶暂堵技术减少漏失及储层污染。形成的文23储气库钻井工程方案,为国内低压低渗枯竭型储气库钻井设计提供了技术借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The depleted gas storage is characterized by low formation pressure, long operational cycle and large quantity of injection and production, which requires higher quality of drilling and cementing. Based on the geologic feature and design requirement of gas storage Well Wen23, and taking the reservoir protection, cementing quality and salt formation interval into account, the paper made the optimization of well profile, casing string, cementing, drilling fluid system and reservoir protection, and formed the drilling engineering design of Well Wen23. It provided a technical reference for drilling design of depleted gas storage of low pressure and low permeability reservoir in China.
