查深1井钻井液技术

Drilling fluid technology of Well Chashen-1

  • 摘要: 查深1井是吉林油田公司在乾北地区部署的一口重点预探直井,完钻井深5 500 m。该井上部青山口组等地层存在严重的井壁坍塌、井漏等问题,下部地层温度高,井底温度达到180 ℃。针对该井地质特点,通过室内实验研究,确定上部采用复合膜铝基钻井液,下部前期采用空气钻井,后期转化为改进型水包油钻井液体系进行欠平衡施工。现场应用结果表明,采用的钻井液体系有效解决了泥岩坍塌、井漏和高温条件下性能不稳定等难题,满足了施工的需要。

     

    Abstract: Well Chashen-1 is a key exploratory vertical well deployed in Qian North area, with depth of 5 500 m. Serious wellbore sloughing and circulation loss take place in upper zone of Qingshankou of the well. The lower formations have higher temperature, and the maximum is 180 ℃ in the bottom hole. Through indoor experiment study, complex film aluminum based drilling fluid was taken for the upper formations, and for the lower formations, air drilling was for the former, and unbalanced drilling was for the later, with oil in water drilling fluid. The application showed that the drilling fluid effectively solved the difficulties of mudstone sloughing, circulation loss, and instability under high temperature, which met the need of the drilling operation.
