高膨微粒调剖工艺先导性试验与效果评价 

Pilot test and effect evaluation of high-swelling particles profile control process

  • 摘要: 通过对调剖试验区块地质特征的研究,结合试验井注水管柱的现状,设计了YHH高膨微粒调剖施工工艺,阐述了其调剖机理,通过扶余油田西24-9区块内4口注水井的调剖先导性试验取得的成果证实:对应受益井组增油控水效果显著、YHH高膨微粒调剖施工工艺在多段分注管柱内适用,与聚合物交联、黏土、粉煤灰、石灰乳等调剖施工相比具有占井施工周期短、风险小、见效快的优点,为今后调剖工作的开展拓宽了途径。

     

    Abstract: Combined with the current situation of test wells injection string, YHH high swelling particles of profile control construction process was designed based on studying the geological characteristics of profile control test block, and then its profile control mechanism was described in detail. Profile control pilot test results obtained from 4 injection wells of Block West 24-9 Fuyu oilfield confirmed that: the oil increment and water control effect is significant for the corresponding benefit well group, and the YHH high-swelling particles can applied to multi-stage separate injection pipe column in profile control construction process. Compared to the construction with cross-linked polymer, clay, fly ash and lime, the YHH high-swelling particles profile construction has the advantage of short cycle period, lower risk and quick returns, which broadens the way of carrying out the profile control process in the future.
