  • 摘要: 龙114井因定向钻井后井眼的轨迹发生变化,起下钻摩阻增加,接单根上提钻具困难,在进行倒划眼时钻具胀扣掉落井底,鱼长3 205.21 m,浅鱼头母扣胀大变形。通过分析事故处理过程中存在的难点,优选出打捞工具并对其进行了针对性改进,按照制定的事故处理方案,将活动解卡力控制在打捞工具造扣部位强度范围内,最终成功将井下落鱼安全起出。该井所采取的处理思路和技术措施对今后同类事故的处理具有一定的借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: Due to the wellbore trajectory changes caused by directional drilling for Well Long 114, the tripping frictional resistance was increased, and it was difficult to draw the BHA out, resulting in the BHA expansion and dropping into the well bottom during back reaming the wellbore. The fish length was 3 205.21 m, and the internal thread swelled and was deformed. Through analyzing the difficulties during accident treatment, the fishing tool was selected and improved . According to the handling program for the accident, the active stuck freeing strength was controlled within the force of thread making position of the fishing tool, and the fish was successfully tripped out finally. The idea and technical treatment can be helpful to the similar type of accident treating.
