Drilling and completion technology of two-branch multi-lateral Xiao35-H1Z well in Liaohe Oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对辽河油田小33、小35断块油藏地质情况复杂、储量动用程度差及直井开发效果差的特点,为提高边部储量动用程度和改善开发效果,决定部署双分支水平井进行二次开发。在精细油藏地质研究基础之上,优化部署小35-H1Z井,该井2个分支分属不同断块,分支间垂深相差50 m,第1分支水平段长850 m,第2分支水平段长350 m。分析了该井的施工难点,介绍了钻完井工艺技术,包括井身结构优化设计、井眼轨迹优化设计、钻具结合优化设计、钻井液技术、分支井完井技术等。该井完井水平达到了TAML4级,油层钻遇率达到100??,初期投产日产油气当量达140 t,是同一区块直井产量的6 ~8倍,取得显著 的开发效果。该井的成功实施为今后类似难采难动用区块的开发提供了一条新的途径。

     

    Abstract: The Xiao33, 35 block is a typical faulty block in Liaohe Oilfield with a number of retainable reserve, whose geology characters is very complex, and whose recovery is low and whose production effect of vertical well is poor. In order to improve the production effect of the faulty reservoir, the two-branch multi-lateral well- xiao35-H1Z was designed for its technology advantage of the second development. At the basis of fine description of reservoir and strict arrangement and well site drilling, the reasonable well drilling and completion technology is put into application to solve the difficulty in work. By integrated geology and engineering effectively, the two-branch multi-lateral well is successfully fulfilled with 100 percent oil layer penetration, which is at present with the deepest target zone, and the longest horizontal section, and the most complicated technique multi-lateral well in CNPC. The remarkable economical benefit and development effect are gained with initial production of 140 tons per day which is 6 to 8 times of the vertical well’s production in the same block. The perfect economic and social benefits are gained. It’s believed that the application of this technology will provide favorable guiding role and reference for the development of same faulty reservoir in the world.
