层次分析法在螺杆泵井故障诊断中的应用

  • 摘要: 目前螺杆泵井存在故障形式多、诊断困难等问题,制约了螺杆泵采油系统的经济效益及系统效率的提高。为解决这一问题,结合层次分析法和模糊数学理论,提出了一种螺杆泵井层次分析故障诊断法。该方法通过建立螺杆泵井某一故障形式的评价指标体系、构造层次结构、构造判断矩阵以及隶属度函数,求得该种故障形式的评价值。通过对比不同故障形式的最终评价值来判断螺杆泵井真实的故障情况。经实际油井验证,该方法具有一定准确性,对目前油田中螺杆泵井故障诊断、提高螺杆泵井系统效率具有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Nowadays issues of various fault types and difficult diagnose restricted the improvement of economic benefit andsystem efficiency of progressing cavity pump( PCP) production system. Thus an analytic hierarchy fault diagnosis method for PCP wellis put forward, combing the analytic hierarchy process with fuzzy mathematics theory. This method establishes appraisal index system,constructs hierarchical structure, judgement matrix and membership function for some fault, so the appraisal value of this fault canbe obtained. Contrasting the appraisal values of different PCP well fault can determine the true fault of PCP well. Actual applicationproved that the method has certain accuracy. This has guidance meaning for the fault diagnosis and system efficiency improvement ofPCP well in the oil field.
