New processes for well completion, cementing, and development in super heavy oil reservoirs

  • 摘要: 随着油田的开发,特超稠油油藏开发已经成为提高采收率和稳产的重要措施。在国内特超稠油开发没有成熟的开 发方式和配套技术的情况下,根据坨826 区块特超稠油的区块特征,在水平井套管射孔完井的基础上,应用了水平井精密滤砂 管防砂完井、筛管顶部注水泥以及配套的砾石充填防砂和注采一体化等新技术,避免了水泥浆对油层的污染,延长了油井寿命, 降低了热采热损失,提高了采收率,为特超稠油的有效开发开辟了新的途径。

     

    Abstract: Along with the oilield development, the development of super heavy oil reservoirs has been an important measure to enhance oil recovery and stabilize production. Since there are no mature development modes and systematic techniques matching with the development of super heavy oil in China, according to the characteristics of super heavy oil in Tuo 826 block, the sand control completion technique by using precision screen in horizontal wells, the cementing technique on the top of screen pipes, the sand control technique based on gravel packing and the technique of injection-production integration are applied, on the basis of casing perforating cementing of horizontal wells. As a result, the pollution of slurry to the oil zone is prevented, the working life of oil wells is prolonged, the thermal loss of thermal recovery is reduced, and the oil recovery is enhanced.
