二连油田低渗透砂岩油藏重复压裂技术

Refracturing technology for low permeability sandstone reservoir in Erlian Oil-ield

  • 摘要: 针对二连油田低渗透砂岩油藏采出程度低、综合含水高、储层非均质性极强的情况,综合分析储层物性、渗流特征和 水驱动用状况,将油层划分为3 类,即主力层、次主力层和非主力油层,并建立了划分标准。针对次主力油层研究了注水开发后应力场和压裂参数的优化方法,优化的裂缝导流能力为25~30 μm2 ·cm,优化的缝长在100 m 左右,平均每米加砂量由原来的0.5 m3 提高到1.1 m3 以上。在哈301、76 断块应用中取得了较好效果,达到了次主力油层水驱有效动用的目的

     

    Abstract: The low permeability sandstone reservoir in Erlian Oilield has very high heterogeneity, its recovery percent is only 11.2 percent, total water cut is up to 91 percent. Reservoir physical property, percolating property and water drive erformance were analysed, and oil layer was classiied three kinds, main pay, hypo-main pay and non-main pay, then established classiication criterion for oil layer.Aim at main pay, studied stress ield after water looding and optimized fracturing parameters. Fracture conductivity is 25~30 μm2 ·cm, and fracture length is about 100 m, average increased sand volume per meter increases from 0.5 m3 to 1.1 m3 , and application in Ha301, Ha76 fault block has acquired good effect, and achieved hypo-main pay effective production.
