Abstract
Research on the productivity law of polymer flooding wells can provide references for selection of oil production system and formulation of oilwell working system. In the test, the rheology of polymer solution was studied, and an integral model for effective viscosity of formation fluid was built which took into account such factors as watercut, rheology, solubility of polymer solution, viscoelasticity. Then based on the above, a model for forecasting polymer flooding oilwell productivity was built for polymer flooding blocks using changes in pressure and production as definite conditions, and sensitivity research was performed for oil productivity. The research result shows that fluid production will decrease with the increase of consistence coefficient of produced fluid and flow index or with the increase of consistence coefficient of injected fluid and decrease of flow index. And that, fluid production will decrease at the same bottom flow-pressure when the permeability decreased degree increases or when viscoelasticity is considered. Oilwell fluid production will increase with the decrease of polymer concentration or the increase of watercut. In addition, the inflow performance relationship (IPR) curves are similar under different conditions, so the polymer flooding IPR curve equation may be obtained through numerical simulation research using Vogel method.
