Abstract
With the major oilfields entering the high water content period, the oilfields have entered the stage of deep and fine development. Oilfield water injection management faces many problems such as harsh field working environments, complicated operation procedures, untimely data, difficulty in unifying the control system, and abnormal data filtering. To solve these problems, this study combines CPE technology to build a high-speed remote management system for water injection wells, which consists of a water injection well sensing layer, high-speed ground equipment, a service layer, and an application layer. In the system, the high-speed front-end host unifies the communication protocols of various manufacturers to ensure efficient and stable data transmission; the remote control client of stratified water injection and the remote management web end of stratified water injection realize the accurate measurement and adjustment and effective management of the data of the injection wells; and the abnormal state warning method of the stratified water injection device improves the accuracy and timeliness of the abnormality diagnosis. Field tests show that the system performs well in communication speed, measurement and adjustment of stratified water injection remote control client, data management test of stratified water injection remote management web-end, and data failure detection test, etc. The real-time data remote transmission speed is 2 seconds per well cycle, and the accuracy rate of abnormal data detection is 98.4%, which is 18.3% higher than that of the BP neural network. This effectively improves the efficiency and quality of oilfield water injection management.
