A VARIETY OF IMPROVEMENTS ON THE TCP GUN

The TCP(Tubing Conveyed Perforation) technology is imported in 1990.The actual problems are existing in the field applications of this system.For this reason,the main components of ignition system and the devices assorted with the perforation gun are improved.These components include the open-window sand prevention impact igniter,the lower connection of pressure-type igniter,and new-type annular pressure igniter in ignition system;the jamming double-locking transmission explosive connection,a series of special bars used for the operation of exceptional wells such as the roller-type bar,the multiple direction roller multisection bar and the copper bar,3 3/4"conventional and 5"all-pass vibration absorber,packer sliding perforation units,fisher of bar etc.in the supporting equipment system.The remarkable economic and social benefits are obtained in the applications in many oilfields.
