APPLICATION AND EVALUATION OF SPONGE CORING IN SZ36-1 OILFIELD

More attentions were paid to information about oil-water saturation,porsities and fluid properties in the payzone,to meet the guiding development requirement of SZ36-1 oilfield in Liaodong bay so that the sponge coring tool made in DBS company of U.S.A.was adopted first in unconsolidated oil sand coring.This paper introduced the structures available,chatacters and distinguishing feature of sponge coring tool,and analyze the existed problems during coring operation for the application of using sponge coring tool in the future.
