  • The prediction of formation pore pressure and fracturing pressure is usually based on logging data and seismic data processing,however,little direct and reliable data is available for wildcat wells.This paper presents a new method by using of CYT data, which could be conveniently obtained through earth magnetic field measuring,to determine the lithology boundary and hydrocarbon reservoir depth.Its features and applications are introduced.
