DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF HYDRAULIC PUMPING SYSTEMS

  • The dynamic analysis of hydraulic pumping systems was carried out in this paper by using the theory of mechanical vibrations. The results indicate that the movement of the pump includes two parts. One is the movement following the horse-head. The other is the dynamic response excited by the support movement. The optimization of parameters of the driving system was performed and obtained that over-stroke of the pump will appear when the stop time is 0.6 seconds and accelerate time is 0.3 seconds. The length of over-stoke is 0.125 m. This is beneficial for increasing the effectiveness of production.
