Abstract
Well D2-19 is a high angle deviated directional well drilled to develop the under-lake reservoirs in Jiangsu Oilfield, and the ratio of horizontal displacement (HD) to vertical depth (VD) is about 1. The conventional drilling rig, Model ZJ45 and other common drilling equipment was used in drilling this well. Its maximum hole inclination was 65°, measured depth was 3046m, vertical depth was 2185.49 m, and horizontal displacement was 1795m. It focused on the profile design, hole stabilization control, well trajectory control, drilling fluid conditioning, and safe drilling in this paper, and these technologies were feasible and effective in field operation, as the time loss because of downhole trouble was only of 1.8%, and no serious accidents were encountered. The success of drilling this well provided some valuable experience and technology supports for drilling the high angle deviated well with ratio of HD/VD around 1, and bottom hole displacement within 2500m.
