CALCULATION OF ULTIMATE LOAD-BEARING CAPACITY OF OFFSHORE RISER PIPE

  • This paper presents the calculating model of ultimate load-bearing capacity of seafloor for reasonable driving depth of riser.Based on this mathematical model and with further combination of different field operating conditions,the optimal driving depth of riser has been gained.Based on this data of seafloor earth in QHD32-6 and SZ36-1 oilfield,its ultimate load-bearing capacity has been obtained,the calculating results met the real conditions perfectly.The mathematical model is very important for optimizing driving depth of offshore riser pipe.
