Study on computing method of bottom-hole flow pressure of gas well with high gas-liquid ratio

  • To the high gas-liquid ratio gas well,results of wellbore temperature distribution and bottom hole flow pressure from some methods are with low accuracy,and some methods with high accuracy could not be used conveniently.In order to solve such problems,flow characteristics and heat transfer of continuous steady production were analyzed based on heat transfer,thermodynamics and multiphase flow theory,and a computing module for bottom-hole flow pressure calculation of high gas-liquid ratio gas well was established where Beggs-Brill formula,Kelessidis-Dukler flow pattern discriminance and a temperature distribution computing method are included.The method had been applied to a gas well in Xinjiang.Comparing to test data,results of temperature distribution and bottom hole flow pressure from this theoretical model have good accuracy and the averaged error is only 3%.In the meanwhile,parameters needed for calculation can be obtained easily.
