Abstract
Research on vibration problems which is the main reason causing bottom drilling tool failure,can reduce drilling tool damage and emergence of underground accidents.Vibration measurement system is designed,vibration characteristics and its law of BHA at well bottom subjected to interactive forces is measured and analyzed respectively,and underground information is transferred in terms of vibration characteristics of drilling string.BHA vibration experiment,based on analysis of forces born by drilling string at bottom hole,is done by imposing 3 typical underground forces on certain combination drilling string.And part vibration law of BHA is gained by detection and data analysis of vibration measurement system designed.Information transmission test,regarding drill string as media while vibration wave as carrier,is a primary experiment by imposing signal at excitation end and receiving that transferred by analysis of drill string immediately responding to wind.Classified experiment,which is overall for various vibrations of bottom tool and information transmission in terms of various vibrations at home,is done for vibration caused by several common behaviors in drilling operation,and accordingly vibration characteristics caused by various functions are analyzed qualitatively.
