Residual oil distribution research comprehensively utilizing dynamic and static data

Abstract
For high development cost of offshore oilfield,it is much significance for stable production and higher recovery efficiency of oilfield to drill high effective adjustment well at later period of high water.The key of drilling high effective adjustment well is deep understanding and re-understanding of residual oil.First of all,fine geological model is established by reservoir researches on thin layer division and contrast,sedimentary micro facies of reservoir,reservoir heterogeneity and so on,and residual oil distribution law of numerical simulation is obtained by reservoir research on numerical simulation.Secondly,water-flood law obtained by c/o logging results and reservoir dynamic analysis is applied to verify residual oil distribution law of numerical simulation.According to research results of residual oil distribution,adjustment well plan is designed and implemented.It shows that comprehensively utilizing dynamic and static data to study residual oil is reasonable and the recognition of residual distribution obtained is correct,which reveals the controlling function on residual oil distribution such as sedimentary micro-facies,reservoir heterogeneity,microstructure,well network condition and so on.The said method is of certain reference for research on residual oil distribution of such reservoir at period of high water.
